摘要
研究了乳制品中硫氰酸钠的快速检测方法及方法的改进。在原本显色剂三价铁离子显色的基础上,引入了指示剂结晶紫、罗丹明B。结果表明,在硫氰酸钠显色定性检测中,引入指示剂后,目标物含量较少的乳制品显色结果更易分辨,提高了硫氰酸钠定性试验的准确度和灵敏度。
This paper studied improvement on a method for rapid determination of sodium thiocyanate in dairy products. On the basis of the color of the orihinal color trivalent iron ions, the indicator crystal violet and rhodamine b were introduced. The results showed that in the qualitative detection of sodium thiocyanate color, after the introduction of indicatior, the target content of dairy products with less color re- sults was easier to distinguish, which could improve the accuracy and sensitivity of sodium thiocyanate qualitative test.
