摘要
2008-2010年,某军队医院选择某重点科室为试点,通过采取岗位职责及规章制度精细化、医疗工作分主诊组实施精细化管理、护理指标量化等方法,配以科学的绩效考核体系,逐步实现了科室精细化管理,各项数质量指标得以改进和提高,效果显著,成为精细化管理向全院推广的范例。
To discuss the application and evaluation of fine management on a certain key department of hospital. From 2008-2010, a series of measures of fine management, including refining of Job Description and rules, implement refined management in different attending group and detailed analysis of Nursing workload, had been taken on a certain key department of a military hospital with scientific performance appraisal system. As the result, fine management came to be reality gradually, and different indexes were improved and enhanced. It has worked well and is worth to be popularized in hospital.
