摘要
目的:对大庆市某医院2003-2009年27024例60岁以上老年住院患者的电子病案进行统计分析,为医院制定有效的预防措施和高效管理制度,发展老年病区提供依据。方法:选择电子病案中的主要诊断,用ICD-10进行疾病分类,对老年住院患者的住院原因、死因构成等进行分析。结果:冠状动脉疾病、脑梗死、慢性肺原性心脏病、短暂性脑缺血等疾病是老年人住院的主要原因;恶性肿廇是老年住院病人的主要死亡原因,占总死亡人数的32.35%。
Objective： Statistical analysis on electronic medical records of 27024 hospitalized patients over 60 years old from 2003-2009 in a Daqing hospital, in order to provide a scientific basis for the hospital to develop effective prevention measures and management department. Methods： Choose the primary diagnosis of electronic medical records with the ICD-10 Classification of Diseases, Analysis the elderly patients in hospital reason, death cause. Results： Coronary artery disease, cerebral infarction, chronic pulmonary heart disease, transient cerebral ischemia disease are the leading causes of hospitalization, malignant tumor is the main cause of death in hospitalized elderly patients, accounted for 32.35% of all deaths.
