毒品成瘾的心理机制探究

Research of Psychological Mechanism in Drug Addiction

通过对毒品成瘾者心理行为过程,包括行为失控、心理自责、自我控制等循环往复阶段的深入分析,提出毒品或瘾者的形成机制是由"初级正向学习机制、次级放大过程和冲突性后果"等要素的交互作用的结果,并构成毒品成瘾的心理要素。为此,对吸毒者的干预和管理,应对青少年吸毒、改变吸毒者吸毒动机,以及防止吸毒者复吸等方面进行控制。

In this paper, we point out that the psychological and behavioral process of drug addiction includes three stages of the cycle, they are out of control behavior, psychological self-blame, self-control. Though in-depth analysis, this paper pllt fomard the fact that the formation mechanism of drug addiction is the result interaction. Primary Positive Incentive Learning Mechanisms, secondary amplification process, Consequences of Conflict, these three elements and their interaction constitute the psychological elements of drug addiction. For interrention and management of drug addicts, we should comtrol teengers＂ drug abuse, change the drug-addicted drug motiration and drug addicts repeat drug,etc.
