摘要
在当今社会,医学生人文素质现状与医学职业要求的差距、凸显人文精神的医学模式以及新医改的实施都对人文素质教育提出了更高的要求,使得医学生的人文素质教育显得尤为必要。人文素质教育的核心内容是以仁爱之心、义利统一为主的伦理道德教育。在路径选择上,通过更新教育理念、优化课程结构、加强制度保障和加强学生的自我教育等方法加强医学生的人文素质教育,以达到提高素质、服务社会的目的。
In modern society, the gap between the status of the quality of medical students and the requirements of medical profession, reflects the humanistic spirit's medical model, and the implementation of the new health care reform put forward higher requirements, make the medical students" humanities quality education very necessary. Its core content is moral education which is based on kindness, justice and benefit unification. In the path selection, we can enhance the quality of education in the humanities for medical students, improve the quality and serve to the community through updating the concept of education, optimizing the course structure and strengthening the system's the protecting.
