针刺长强穴对FMR1基因敲除小鼠海马CA1区BDNF和SYN表达的影响 被引量:28

Effects of Acupuncturing at Changqiang on Expressions of BDNF and SYN in Hippocampal CA1 Area of FMR1 Gene Knockout Mice

摘要 目的研究针刺长强穴对FMR1基因敲除小鼠海马CA1区脑源性神经营养因子(BD-NF)与突触素(SYN)的表达。方法选取28日龄脆性X智力低下基因1(FMR1)缺失KO小鼠与野生型(WT)小鼠各30只,分为KO长强组、KO非穴组、KO空白组和WT长强组、WT非穴组、WT空白组,每组10只,检测小鼠海马CA1区BDNF、SYN蛋白的表达。结果 FMR1基因敲除小鼠海马区BDNF的表达低于野生型小鼠;FMR1基因敲除小鼠长强组BDNF的表达明显高于非穴组和空白组;FMR1基因敲除小鼠海马区SYN的表达低于野生型小鼠;FMR1基因敲除小鼠长强组SYN的表达明显高于非穴组和空白组。结论针刺长强穴能上调FMR1基因敲除小鼠海马CA1区BDNF和SYN的表达。 Objective To study the effects of acupuncturing at Changqiang(DU1) on expressions of BDNF and SYN in hippocampal CA1 area of FMR1 gene knockout mice.Methods 28-day FMR1 gene knockout(KO) mice(n =30) and wild type(WT) mice(n=30) were selected and divided into KO DU1 group,KO non-acupoint group,KO blank group,WT DU1 group,WT non-acupoint group and WT blank group.The expressions of BDNF and SYN in hippocampal CA1 area were detected.Results The expression of BDNF in hippocampal CA1 area of KO mice was lower than that of WT mice.The expression of BDNF in KO DU1 group was higher respectively than that of KO non-acupoint group and KO blank group.The expression of SYN in hippocampal CA1 area of KO mice was lower than that of WT mice.The expression of SYN in KO DU1 group was higher respectively than that of KO non-acupoint group and KO blank group.Conclusion Acupuncturing at DU1 can up-regulate the expressions of BDNF and SYN in hippocampal CA1 area of KO mice.
