摘要
介绍了输气站凝液罐防腐保温的管理现状,通过表象观察与仪器测试,认为罐体腐蚀主要集中在罐体纵向1/4与3/4处,而这两处刚好是凝液罐呼吸阀与安全阀安装位置。由于呼吸阀与安全阀根部管线的影响,凝液罐防腐保温层镀锌铁皮外层不可避免在这两处形成了防护缺口,造成雨水渗入油毛毡保温层。在此特定环境下,腐蚀首先从湿润的油毛毡与罐体接触部位开始发生,以小孔腐蚀的形式向周围慢慢扩展,通过分析认为不完善的防腐保温层是造成凝液罐罐体发生腐蚀的主要原因。取消凝液管的保温层,同时凝液罐上涂刷防腐蚀性能较好的防腐漆是解决凝液罐腐蚀的有效方法。
The management of corrosion-protection insulation on condensate tanks in gas station is introduced.The visual observation and instrument testing have concluded that the corrosions are mainly concentrated in the 1/3 and 3/4 of longitudinal direction of tank,in which breath valve and safety valve are installed.Therefore,there are two breaks in the galvanized steel sheet of insulation,which leads to the penetration of rain water into felt paper.Under these conditions,the corrosion will develop from the contact location of felt paper and tank body,and corrosion promulgates in the form of pitting corrosion.The analysis concludes that the incomplete protection of corrosion resistant insulation is the culprit of corrosion of tank body.Elimination of corrosion resistant insulation and application of good corrosion-resistant coating is an effective measure to protect the corrosion of condensate tank.
