点滴连续加药技术对油井的防腐蚀效应 被引量:1

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司中原油田分公司文东油田油藏比较复杂,油井使用普通缓蚀剂防腐效果不佳,相同配方药剂在不同断块应用效果差异比较大。为解决这些问题,进行了大量实验和研究,优选出了适合文东油田不同区块特性的系列缓蚀剂,而且缓蚀剂的配伍性、稳定性等指标均符合要求。对加药方式、加药浓度与腐蚀速率的关系也分别进行了实验,总结出了适合文东油田的最佳加药方式和加药浓度。结合室内试验和现场应用研究,在文东油田应用了点滴连续加药技术。点滴连续加药所用装置由立式可调柱塞泵、电动机、储药箱、计量加药系统、液位控制系统、加热系统及电路控制系统7部分组成,其中电加热控温系统,能保证药液在冬天不被结冻。点滴连续加药技术相对传统人工定期加药,不仅能降低劳动强度、延长检泵周期,还能节省药剂、提高缓蚀率。 The oil deposit of Wendong Oil Field of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oil Field Company is very complicated.The application of common corrosion inhibitors could not provide a good corrosion protection.Whereas,the same corrosion inhibitor formulations had different corrosion prevention results in different sections of oil well.To solve these problems,a large number of tests and research activities were performed.Corrosion inhibitors good for the specific characteristics of different blocks of Wendong Oil Field were optimally selected,and the compatibility,stability,etc of the inhibitor met the requirements.The relation between inhibitor injection and dosages with corrosion rate was studied by the tests,and the optimal inhibitor injection and dosages for Wendong Oil Field were worked out.A continuous dripping chemical injection system was developed,which included vertical adjustable plunger pump,electric motor,chemical box,chemical dosage system,level control system,heating system and electric control system.The electric heating system could ensure that the chemicals would not be frozen in winter.As compared with manual chemical injection,the continuous dripping chemical injection has reduced the work load,extended the operating cycle of pumps,saved chemicals and improved corrosion protection.
