汽车防撞雷达系统功率放大器仿真设计

Design and simulation of power amplifier in automobile collision avoidance radar system

摘要 设计了用于汽车防撞雷达的功率放大器,为了消除在K波段的寄生效应的影响,设计了直流偏置、输入输出匹配网络、耦合隔直和电源滤波的微带网络。通过ADS仿真,得到了噪声系数为2.33,最大输出功率为18.5 dBm,增益为8.5 dB的功率放大器。文中设计的功率放大器适用于FMCW雷达系统。 This paper designs the power amplifier in automobile collision avoidance radar system. In order to cancel the action of parasitic effect in K wave band, microstrip network is esigned that including the DC bias circuits, the network of input and output matching circuits, coupling AC and blocking DC circuits. Simulation shows, the power amplifier has perfect performance,NF=2.33,the maximum power is 18.SdBm and Gain is 8.5dB. the power amplifier is suitable for the frequency modulated carrier wave(FMCW) radar system.
