超薄TB8钛合金半球成形工艺的有限元模拟 被引量:2

摘要 利用有限元模拟软件对TB8钛合金半球的拉深成形和超塑性气胀成形过程进行模拟,将模拟获得的最佳工艺用于成形试验;成形试验先采用拉深成形方法预成形中间件,再采用超塑性气胀成形方法制备出了超薄TB8钛合金半球工件。结果表明:加工出的半球工件的厚度分布与有限元模拟结果一致;采用这种工艺方法,可避免超薄钛合金半球拉深成形时可能出现的起皱及超塑性气胀成形过程中的局部过分变薄,达到控制超塑性成形工件壁厚的目的。 Deep drawing and super-plastic flatulence forming (SPF) for TB8 titaniumalloy hemispherical part were simulated by finite element simulation (FES) to obtain the best process parameters which would be applied to the forming test subsequently. A new technology was used in the forming test of thin wall TB8 titanium alloy hemispherical part, in which a preform was made by deep drawing first and then super-plastic flatulence forming method was used to form the preform into the designed shape. The results show that the thickness distribution of the hemisphere part prepared by the test was in accord with the results of FES. This new technology avoided the wrinkling in ultra-thin titanium alloy hemisphere part in traditional deep drawing and the uneven thickness in superplastic flatulence forming process. The thinning of TB8 titanium got well controlled by this means.
