摘要
本文认为 ,在知识经济大背景下 ,人力资源管理的理论与实践随之呈现出新的发展趋势。因此 ,作者提出我国人力资源管理的可行的改革方案 :(1 )从提高综合国力的战略角度 ,推进人力资源管理及其改革 ;(2 )顺应国际大趋势 ,企业积极推进人力资源管理再造工程 ;(3)适应两个转变 ,提高人员整体素质。
Under the background of knowledge economy, the theory and practice of human resources management appears new development trend. Therefore, China should adopt the following measures to improve human resources management. First, improve management and reform of human resources from the strategic angle of increasing China's general strength. Second, according to the international tendency, China's enterprises should completely reform the management system of human resources. And finally, increase people's general quality to suit the need of the Two Transitions.
