Developing the West should pay attention to establishing and widening the complementary relationship of the Western and Eastern markets and improve the condition of merchandises and income exchange in order to narrow the development gap of the West and East. The West must heighten its economic technical level in order to participating the more division with the East based on the same technical level, and finally set up the complementary relationship of the Western and Eastern markets. The West should get rid of the bondage of the traditional regional division ideology and choose its important points of industries according to the guidance of markets and its potential industrial advantages.
