犯罪学何以贫困化

The Poorness of Criminology

犯罪学已经从上世纪70年代末研究青少年犯罪的显学地位走向贫困化。在当代社会转型期,犯罪突出,犯罪学应大有作为之时却出现贫困化实属悲哀。犯罪学贫困化之原因:一是犯罪学的理论研究日益与犯罪现实相隔离,导致我国犯罪学研究成为无源之水,难以指导实践;二是我国犯罪学独立后,基础理论薄弱,理论供给不足,犯罪学缺乏学科意识、话语体系、研究范式和研究者共同体,难以使犯罪学摆脱其他学科的束缚,独立于学术之林。为摆脱犯罪学的困境,必须建立本体犯罪学。

Criminology, with a boom of study on the juvenile crime during the late of 1970＇ s, has gradually got into trouble. It is pathetic that this happens when the Criminology is supposed to be developed during the forma- tion of the contemporary society with a predominant problem of crime. To pursue the origin of the poorness, firstly the focus should be given to the gap between theoretical research and the practice, which results in a dilemma that the Criminology is difficult to play the guiding role in the practice. Secondly, after the independence, the Criminol- ogy lacks not only the supply of basic theories, but consciousness in a disciplinary sense, the system of discourse, and a community of normal form and researchers, therein the Criminology can hardly be extricated from a predica- ment of the shackles from other subjects. As a result, building ontology for the Criminology is necessary to help its awkward position.
