摘要
有着"小宪法"之称的刑诉法迎来又一次的"大修",诸多的修改条文都与公安刑事执法工作息息相关,涉及证据制度、强制措施、侦查措施、刑事和解等多个方面。公安机关应当思考如何应对刑事诉讼法的修改,以促进惩罚犯罪和保障人权目的的实现。
The recent amendment of the Criminal Procedural Law brings a lot of modified stipulations regarding police work. The police are to adopt these new provisions in their law enforcement activities.
