通信部队基地训练话音通信效能评估研究 被引量:2

Performance Evaluation of Voice Communication for the Signal Corps in the Base Training

摘要 通信部队基地训练的目的是检验通信部队平时的训练水平和训练效果,发现和解决通信部队训练中存在的问题,探索高技术条件下局部战争中通信部队的基本战法。为此,需要对通信部队基地训练的效果作综合、系统、准确、公正的评估。介绍了通信部队基地训练中效能评估的通常做法、基本原则和工作流程;建立了通信部队基地训练话音通信效能评估指标体系,较为深入地研究了定量指标的计算方法、定性指标的评分法和指标权重的确定方法;最后,给出了话音通信主要评估指标的评判标准。 The purpose for base training of the signal corps is to examine the training level and training effect of the signal corps in peacetime,find and solve the problems in the training,and explore the basic tactics of local war under hi-tech conditions.Thus it is necessary to make a comprehensive,systematic,accurate and impartial assessment on the effectiveness of the signal corps in base training.The common practice,basic principles and processes of effective assessment are described,the indicators systems are established,the in-depth researches on the calculation of the quantitative indicators,qualitative indicators score and indicators weights determinations are also done.Finally,the principal judgement criteria for voice communication are given in this paper.
