金融压抑下的金融体系与经济增长被引量：8

摘要文章以1999—2009年中国地区层面的经验数据为样本的研究发现,金融中介规模的扩张促进了经济增长,但股票市场的发展对其却有阻碍作用,这主要应归结于金融体系功能的被抑制和扭曲;股票市场上私人诉讼机制的缺失、法律监管制度的无效以及资金"漏损效应",恶化了股票市场与经济增长间的关系;在金融体系功能得不到有效发挥的条件下,金融结构对经济增长并不具有显著效应,并且不取决于法治和经济发展水平的高低。
