CTX-M-15基因在大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌头孢他啶耐药株中的检测 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]了解CTX-M-15基因与大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢他啶耐药的关系。[方法]筛选ESBLs阳性且对头孢他啶耐药的菌株为实验组,对头孢他啶敏感而对头孢曲松耐药的菌株为对照组。多重PCR方法检测CTX-M-14,CTX-M-15基因。[结果]实验组CTX-M-15基因检出率高达75.9%,单纯CTX-M-15基因为40.6%,同时存在CTX-M15、CTX-M-14基因为35.2%。而对照组检出率分别为:17.7%、5.9%、11.8%。[结论]CTX-M-15基因是大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢他啶耐药的主要机制,建议临床合理使用抗生素,避免引起流行。 [Objective] To investigate the relationship of CTX-M-15 gene to ceftazidime resistance of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.[Methods] CTX-M-15,CTX-M-14 genes in ceftazidime-resistant or susceptible,producing ESBL Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected by Multiplex-PCR.[Results] In ceftazidime-resistant Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates,the total positive rate of CTX-M-15 gene was 75.9%,the positive rate of alone CTX-M-15 gene was 40.6% and the rate of co-existence of CTX-M-15,14 genes was 35.2%.In ceftazidime-susceptible Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates they were 17.7%,5.97% and 11.89% respectively.[Conclusion] CTX-M-15 gene is the major mechanism of ceftazidime resistance in Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
