摘要 当前车身效率评价方法极少,车身轻量化系数作为主流的评价方法存在不足,不能充分反映主要因素尤其是平台化对于效率的影响。由此提出了基于平台带宽的车身效率评价概念,重点剖析了平台带宽对车身架构开发及效率的影响,深入研究了车身效率的主要影响因素,并针对性地提出应对和修正的方法,进而建立了车身综合效率系数评价指标,通过实例与当前主流方法进行比较,能够更全面地反映车身实际效率。最后对如何提升车身效率给出了建议。 There are few methods to assess Body efficiency currently, Body Lightweight Index (BLE) as the mainstream evaluation method does have some defects especially when platform concept become a trend for Body development, so body efficiency based on platform bandwidth was introduced to deeply study the effects on body architecture development and efficiency. Correspondingly revised methods were put forward to better reflect major influence factors, and Body Overall Efficient Index (BOEI) was finally set up as comprehensive assess method. Comparison was also made with BLE method and suggestions were given on how to improve structure efficiency eventually.
