He-Ne激光和增强UV-B辐射对小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选用"ML7113"小麦幼苗为材料,分别采用He-Ne激光(5mW·mm-2)和增强UV-B(10.8 kJ/m-2·d-1)辐射以及两者的复合辐照进行处理,利用PAM-2100便携式叶绿素荧光仪测定小麦幼苗在不同处理天数(5、6、7、8)下叶绿素荧光特性的变化。结果表明:增强UV-B辐射后,随着处理时间的延长,小麦幼苗的Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、qP、ФPSⅡ、叶绿素含量的值均逐渐下降,qN值均逐渐升高,从而不断减弱小麦幼苗的叶绿体荧光特性;而低剂量的He-Ne激光辐照后能够在一定程度上修复经UV-B辐射后对小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光所造成的损伤。 Through the influence of the laser irradiation of 5 mW . mm-2 He-Ne, 10.08 kJ . mEd-1 UV-B and the com- bination of the two on the seeding of wheat" ML7113" , Using PAM-2100 portable chlorophyll fluorescence analyzer to measure the change of wheat chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics under different treatment days( 5,6,7,8 ). The re- sults showed that: After enhance UV-B radiation, with the treatment time, the values of wheat seedlings Fo, Fm and Fv/ Fm, qP, ФbPSⅡ, the chlorophyll content were gradually decreased, qN gradually increased,thereby the chloroplast fluo- rescence characteristics of wheat seedlings continuously weakened. However,the certain dose of He-Ne laser irradiation could partly repair these damages induced by enhanced UV-B radiation.
