银屑病患者外周血Th1、Th2和Th17细胞的检测 被引量：1

摘要 目的:检测寻常型银屑病(PV)患者外周血辅助性Th1、Th2和Th17细胞的水平及其在PV发病中的意义。方法:选取PV患者36例、正常对照20例静脉血标本,刺激5 h后通过流式细胞术检测各种不同T细胞的含量。结果:PV组外周血IFN-γ^+ CD4^+ T细胞(Th1细胞)及IL-17A^+CD4^+T细胞(Th17细胞)显著高于正常对照组(P值分别为0.005,0.001),患者组IL-4^+CD4^+T细胞及IL-10^+CD4^+T细胞(Th2细胞)与正常对照组比较无差异(P值分别为0.163和0.544)。结论:PV患者外周血升高的Th1和Th17细胞可能迁移至局部皮肤参与炎症,发挥致病作用。
