剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠13例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 13 cases of cesarean uterine scar pregnancy

目的探讨剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠不同疗法的适应证与疗效。方法针对患者具体病情分别采用药物疗法、手术疗法、药物加手术疗法或介入疗法。结果 3例药物治疗患者,2例手术治疗患者均满意;4例药物加手术治疗的患者中,3例满意,1例不满意;3例介入治疗患者,2例满意,1例不满意,总满意率为84.6%。结论掌握不同治疗方法的适应证,针对患者具体病情选用合适的治疗方案,可取得良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the indications and efficacy of different therapies for cesarean uterine scar pregnancy.Methods According to the conditions of the patients,drug therapy,operation therapy,drug combined with operation therapy and interventional therapy were choosed.Results Three cases with drug therapy and 2 cases with operation therapy were satisfied;Among the 4 cases with drug combined with operation therapy,3 cases were satisfied,1 case was not satisfied;Among the 3 cases with intervention therapy,2 cases were satisfied,1 case was not satisfied.The total satisfaction rate was 84.6%.Conclusion Mastering the indications of different methods,and selection of appropriate treatment options for patients with specific condition can obtain good effect.
