血液透析治疗急性左心衰竭的观察和护理

摘要 急性心力衰竭如果处理不及时,患者的预后不佳,病死率高.临床常采用吸氧、强心、利尿、扩张血管治疗来处理该病.对部分经过上述处理不佳的患者采用血液透析来治疗该病不失为一种好的手段.铜仁市第二人民医院在2009年至2011年采用血液透析治疗该类患者20例,均取得很好的疗效.
