摘要
目的探讨甲状腺腺瘤的手术方法。方法对皖北煤电集团总医院2008年2月至2011年10月收治的35例单侧甲状腺腺瘤行腺叶次全切除术25例、腺叶切除术10例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部患者术中顺利,无近期严重并发症出现,术后恢复理想,无复发病例。结论对单侧甲状腺腺瘤行患侧腺叶次全切除术或腺叶切除术,疗效理想。
Objective To investigate the operative method in treatment of thyroid adenoma. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with unilateral thyroid adenoma （25 cases received subtotal thyroideetomy, 10 cases recei total thyroidectomy） were retrospectively analyzed. Results All operations were successful, all patients recovered well post operation without recent severe complication or recurrence. Conclusion The ccurative effect of subtotal thyroidectomy or total thyroidectomy on unilateral thy- roid adenoma is obvious.
