人血白蛋白在治疗伴糖尿病大面积脑梗死中的应用

Human albumin in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction combined with diabetes mellitus

目的研究人血白蛋白治疗伴糖尿病大面积脑梗死的临床效果。方法将41例伴糖尿病大面积脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组21例和对照组20例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予人血白蛋白注射液静脉滴注。结果两组患者治疗后均有不同程度好转,治疗组较对照组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人血白蛋白治疗伴糖尿病大面积脑梗死安全有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of human albumin for the treatment of large area cerebral infarction with diabetes. Methods Forty - one cases of large area cerebral infarction combined with diabetes were randomly divided into the treatment group （21 cases） and control group （20 eases）, the control group was treated with routine therapy, and the treat- ment group was given human serum albumin for intravenous injection on the basis of routine therapy. Results Patients in the two groups were improved in different degree, and the effect in treatment group was much better than that in control group, the differ- ence was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Human albumin in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction combined with diabetes mellitus is safe and effective.
