Relationship between N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and heart failure

摘要 目的探讨血浆N-末端脑钠肽(NT-ProBNP)水平与心力衰竭程度的相关性。方法选择器质性心脏病心力衰竭患者443例(心力衰竭组)和同期住院的无器质性心脏病患者110例(对照组)作为研究对象,采用电化学发光全自动免疫分析仪测定两组患者血浆NT-ProBNP水平,评价NT-ProBNP水平与心力衰竭及心血管事件发生的关系。结果心力衰竭组NT-ProBNP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且心力衰竭患者的NYHA心功能分级越高,NT-ProBNP水平越高(P<0.05),再发心血管事件发生率也越高。结论 NT-ProBNP在心力衰竭临床诊断、心功能分级及预后评估中具有重要的地位和价值,可作为监测心功能的良好指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma level of the N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-ProBNP) and severity of heart failure. Methods Four hundred and forty-three patients with heart failure caused by organic heart disease (heart failure group) and 110 patients with non-organic heart disease hospitalized at the same time (control group) were selected. Electrochemiluminescence full-automatic immunity analyzer was used to determine the blood plasma NT-ProBNP level in the two groups, and the relationship between the NT-ProBNP level and heart failure and the cardiovascular event was evalnated. Results NT-ProBNP level of the heart failure group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ), and the higher NYHA classification was, the NT-ProBNP level was higher ( P 〈 O. 05 ) , the recurrent rate of cardiovascular e- vents to be also higher. Conclusion NT-ProBNP has important position and value in the clinical diagnosis of heart failure, the cardiac function classification and prognostic evaluation, and can be used as a good index for monitoring heart function.
