白细胞介素在骨性关节炎发病机制中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 骨性关节炎（osteoarthritis OA）又称为退行性关节病、增生性骨关节炎或老年性关节炎，是一种中老年人群中的常见的慢性、进展性的关节疾病。近年来人们发现在软骨退变降解过程中白细胞介素的调控异常在OA的关节软骨及滑膜损伤中起重要作用，现就与骨性关节炎相关的白细胞介素在骨性关节炎发病过程中的作用作一综述。
