炎症因子与急性冠状动脉综合征斑块易损性关系的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）是以冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂（rupture）或糜烂（erosion），继发完全或不完全闭塞性血栓形成为病理基础的一组临床综合征。随着ACS发病机制研究的深入，新的心肌损伤标志物也有了进一步的进展。各种炎症标志物，如C-反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素、金属蛋白酶、髓过氧化物酶MPO、CD40／CD40-L、细胞黏附因子（VCAM-1）等被认为与ACS的发生、发展有着密切关系。
