前交叉韧带的损伤及重建与局部骨质疏松的关系

摘要 前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤是当代运动医学领域最常见的疾病之一。美国每年ACL重建术已超过10万例。随着手术技术及医疗器械的不断发展,关节镜下ACL重建术也日趋成熟。然而,即使手术成功率已达到90%以上,美国每年仍有高达3000-10000例的翻修手术患者。如何进一步降低重建韧带的失效率成为骨科医生所追求的目标。常见的引起移植物失效的因素包括骨隧道位置不佳、移植物再损伤及生物学因素。能够影响移植物愈合的生物学因素很多,骨质条件就是其中之一。
