腹腔镜胆囊切除术在急性胆囊炎中的应用

LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY IN ACUTE CHOLECYSTITIS

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术在急性胆囊炎中的应用及其相对于开腹胆囊切除术的优越性。方法将2006年1月～2011年12月在我科行手术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者随机分为开腹胆囊切除术组(OC组)51例和腹腔镜胆囊切除术组(LC组)42例,比较两组患者在手术时间、住院时间、手术相关并发症等方面的差异。结果与OC组比较,LC组手术时间短、住院时间短、手术相关并发症发生率低,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 LC组手术时间短,住院时间短,术后康复快,手术相关并发症发生率低,适合临床推广。

Objective Laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgery in acute cholecystitis and its superiority for open cholecystec- tomy. Methods January 2006 December to 2011 patients with acute cholecystitis in our department underwent surgery were randomly divided into the open cholecystectomy group （OC group） 42 cases of 51 cases and laparoscopic resection group （LC group）, the two groups were compared the difference in operative time, hospital stay, surgery-related complications. Results Compared with the OC group, LC group, shorter operative time, shorter hospital stay, procedure-related complication rate, the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion LC group, shorter operative time, shorter hospital stay, quicker recovery, surgery-related compli- cation rate is lower, suitable for clinical practice.
