iPone4S属于中国移动的高端用户,对于iPhone4S用户在使用中出现的各种应用问题和投诉,中国移动针对用户的投诉问题快速响应并进行深入信令分析,对用户终端问题、无线网络问题、核心网问题、用户漫游权限问题进行具体定位。对于各省维护人员处理漫游收发短信失败投诉具有很好的指导意义,充分发挥了信令监测系统在投诉处理方面的快速分析定位问题的作用,提升了用户对移动网络的满意度。
iPhone4S subscribers are the high-end subscribers of China Mobile. For various application problems and complaints from iPhone4S subscribers, China Mobile gives fast response and performs deep signaling analysis, so as to specifically position the failure causes of problems, such as subscriber terminal problems, radio network problems, core network problems, subscriber roaming permission problems, and so on. The signaling monitoring system is of guiding significance for maintenance personnel of each province to process the complaints of roaming SM receiving and sending failure, making the signaling monitoring system play an important role in quickly positioning failure causes when subscriber complaints happen and improving subscribers’ satisfaction about the network of China Mobile.
