混苯对大鼠肝肾功能影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了混苯亚急性染毒对大鼠肝肾功能的影响及其与脂质过氧化的关系。结果表明 ,混苯无论主要含苯还是二甲苯均可导致大鼠肝细胞合成蛋白质能力下降 ,主要含苯的混苯还可增加肝实质细胞的通透性 ,使血清AST、ALT及LDH等酶活性升高 ;混苯可升高大鼠体内脂质过氧化水平 ,表现为血清MDA含量增加 ,同时降低血清抗氧化酶SOD和GSH Px活力。相关分析表明 ,TPr与MDA呈负相关 ,与SOD呈正相关 ;alb与SOD和GSH -Px均呈正相关 ;TBA与SOD呈负相关。提示 ,脂质过氧化反应水平的升高和血清抗氧化酶活力的降低与混苯肝毒作用有关。同时 ,以二甲苯为主的混苯还可导致实验大鼠的肾功能障碍 ,表现为血清BUN含量升高。 Effects of the mixture of benzene,toluene and xylene on liver and renal functions in rats and the relationship between these effects and lipid peroxidation(LPO)were studied.The results showed that the mixture could induce defect in protein synthesis in liver cell and inhibit the transport and accumulation of bile acids by hepatocytes.When benzene was the dominant component,the mixture could enhance the permeability of parenchymal cells as determined by measuring glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(AST),glutamic pyruvic transaminase(ALT)and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)in serum.The mixture could induce LPO in rats by sub acute exposure as determined by measuring the contents of serum malonyl dialdehyde(MDA),and could inhibit the activity of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px).Correlation analysis showed that the contents of serum protein were negatively correlated with the contents of serum MDA,and positively correlated with the activity of serum SOD.The contents of serum albumin were positively correlated with the activity of serum SOD and GSH-Px,the contents of serum bile acids were negatively correlated with the activity of serum SOD.These results suggested that the increase in the level of LPO and the decrease in the activity of serum SOD and GSH-Px may contribute to the mixture mediated hepatoxicity.Meanwhile,when xylene was the dominant,the mixture might injure the renal function in rats.
