水稻花器官突变体lfl(leafy lodicules)的基因定位

摘要 本研究以lfl突变体作为观察材料,在表型观察的基础上,进一步对lfl突变表型分类,并以lfl与II-32A杂交得到的F2代作为定位群体,进行了遗传连锁分析。结果表明,LFL基因位于第4染色体上SSR标记RM17349与RM17411之间,遗传距离分别为0.19和1.27 cM。综合表型及定位分析可以判断出,lfl是一个新的水稻花器官突变体,此研究对进一步了解水稻花器官发育调控模式有着重要意义。 In this study,the lfl mutant was used for classifying the lfl mutant phenotype based on the result of previous phenotype analysis,and the F2 population derived from the cross II-32A with lfl was used for gene mapping.The result showed that LFL was mapped between two simple sequence repeat markers RM17349 and RM17411 on chromosome 4,and the genetic distances were 0.19 and 1.27cM,respectively.According to the results of phenotype and mapping analysis,it was conclude that lfl was a novel mutant involved in flower development in rice,and it was important to further understand the regulation model of rice floral organs development.
