番茄品种不同生育期的白粉病抗性研究 被引量:3

Resistance of Different Tomato Varieties to Tomato Powdery Mildew in Different Growth and Development Phases

摘要 将4个番茄品种分期育苗、定植,用诱导接种法在同一环境条件下同时接种白粉病菌,以此对番茄不同品种的幼苗期、开花期、结果期进行抗性研究;接种12 d后开始对不同品种及位于不同生育期的植株进行调查,并根据调查数据作出病害流行曲线。结果表明:不同品种对白粉病的抗性不同,且同一品种的不同生育期的抗性也不同。其中,‘露佳’在幼苗期及开花期的感病程度最重,而结果期的抗性却最强;96-8则在幼苗期的抗性最高,在结果期的抗性却最低。 The resistance at seedling stage,flowering stage,and fruiting stage of 4 tomato varieties to powdery mildew was studied in this paper.Inducing inoculation was used in the same environmental conditions at the same time.12 days after inoculated,disease index was evaluated,and then disease epidemic curves were produced from these data.The results showed that the resistance on powdery mildew was different between different varieties,and even in the same variety,it was different too during different growth stages.Remarkably,the extent of susceptible of Variety LU JIA was the most serious during seedling and flowering stages,but lowest in fruiting stage;the resistance of 96-8 was highest in seedling stage,but lowest in fruiting stage.
