摘要
对62份樱桃番茄资源的果形、果色、单果重等12个果实相关性状进行变异度分析、相关性分析、因子分析和聚类分析等多元统计分析。变异度分析表明材料之间存在着显著的遗传差异,各性状在不同材料之间表现出不同程度的多样性;相关性分析发现,有8对性状间表现为极显著正相关,7对性状间表现为极显著负相关;因子分析得到4个因子,累积贡献率达74.61%;通过聚类分析将材料划分为3大类,其中第Ⅲ类综合表现优良。本研究为樱桃番茄育种工作理清了思路,并为加快优良种质资源的利用奠定了基础。
Twelve fruit characters of 62 cherry tomato germplasm resources were studied by multiple statistical analysis.The result of variation analysis indicated that there were abundant genetic variation among different fruit characters and different germplasm resources.The correlation analysis showed that 8 pairs of characters had extremely significant positive correlation and 7 pairs of characters had extremely significant negative correlation.Four factors which accounted for 74.61 % cumulative contributive rate were extracted by the factor analysis.Sixty-two cherry tomato germplasm resources were classified to 3 groups by cluster analysis,and the third group was evaluated as excellent germplasm.These results can be a basis for the breeding of cherry tomato and accelerating the utilization of these materials.
