摘要
通过测定14个不同月季种质的相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、游离脯氨酸含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等生理指标,对14个不同月季种质材料的耐寒隶属函数值进行计算,对不同月季种质的耐寒性进行综合评价。
In this study,14 rose species at abroad were used as the experiment materials to analyze the relative specific conductance,MDA,soluble protein,soluble sugar,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,SOD and the content of free amino acid.Finally,the membership function of 14 rose species were counted by membership function,and the cold resistance of different rose species were synthetically evaluated.
