北水苦荬对富营养化水体的环境效应分析 被引量:3

摘要 本试验以北水苦荬(Veronica anagallis-aquatica)为研究对象,以实验室静态模拟培养试验,系统分析了北水苦荬对2种不同浓度富营养化水体的环境效应,各指标污染物的去除效果分析表明:在实验前期,北水苦荬对水样的COD、TN、TP的去除较空白组好,同时北水苦荬对重富营养化(HT)水体中营养源的吸收较富营养化(ET)水体好。各主要指标间的Pearson相关性分析表明,北水苦荬对2种不同浓度的系统内的TN-TP吸收具有高度同一性,其线性系数分别为0.795和0.777,表现出线性关系极显著,为北水苦荬选择性吸收水体中植物营养源提供一定依据。系统内的植物—水样的物料平衡分析发现,北水苦荬及其共生体对富营养化(ET)水体的TN、TP去除率分别为17%和40%,对重富营养化(HT)水体TN、TP的去除率分别为46%和88%。 Taken Veronica anagallis-aquatica as the experiment material,the environmental effect of Veronica anagallis-aquatica on two different levels of eutrophication water was analyzed.In static simulation training laboratory tests,by analyzing removal effectiveness of each indicatory pollutant,in the early of the experiment,COD,TN,TP removal effect of Veronica anagallis-aquatica in water sample was better than that in the blank group,Meanwhile,purification effect of Veronica anagallis-aquatica on the heavy eutrophication(HT) was more better than that on the eutrophication(ET).Pearson correlation analysis of main indicators showed the absorption of Veronica anagallis-aquatica for two different concentrations of TN-TP in the same system had a high degree of identity,and the related coefficients were 0.795 and 0.777,respectively,indicating a significantly linear relationship,which provided a basis for Veronica anagallis-aquatica selective absorption to plant nutrition of water sources.Material balance analysis of water samples-plants within the system showed the TN,TP absorption rates of Veronica anagallis-aquatica and their symbiont in the eutrophication water(ET) were 17 % and 40 %,respectively,and the TN,TP absorption rates of Veronica anagallis-aquatica in the heavy eutrophication water(HT) were 46 % and 88 %,respectively.
