丫杈猪不同杂交组合肥育性能和胴体及肉质性状的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本试验选择巴×丫、杜×丫、大×丫、长×丫4个二元杂交组合及杜×巴丫、巴×杜丫2个三元杂交组合商品猪各20头,对其生长肥育性能、胴体品质及肉质性能进行研究。结果表明,杜×巴丫的肥育性能和胴体性能优于巴×杜丫,巴×丫和杜×丫优于大×丫和长×丫,三元杂交组合杜×巴丫和二元杂交组合杜丫、巴丫的肥育性能和胴体性能更为理想,且肉质性能优良,其滴水损失、pH值、OPTO值、LF值均在优质范围内,肌内脂肪含量适中,是比较理想的杂交组合。 In this paper,20 pigs of 6 hybrid combinations including BYa,DYa,YYa,LYa,D(BYa),B(DYa) were selected to study the growing-finishing performance,carcass and meat quality.The results showed that the growing-finishing performance,carcass of D(BYa) was better than that of B(DYa),while DYa,BYa were better than YYa,LYa,and its meat qualities of the three hybrid combinations were excellent.,also the drip loss,pH,OPTO,LF and intramuscular fat content(IMF) of them were in the ideal range.It indicated that D(BYa),DYa,BYa were ideal hybrid combinations.
