养殖文蛤病害研究进展及前景展望

Progress and Prospect on Disease Research of Cultured Hard Calm(Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus)

文蛤是重要的海洋经济贝类,随着人工养殖的发展,暴发性死亡病害频繁发生,造成重大的经济损失。文章通过归纳总结分析,对养殖文蛤病毒性疾病、细菌性疾病、寄生虫性疾病等主要病害的病原体与致病症状、流行规律、组织病理学、检测与诊断、预防和治疗方法等进行综合评述,并展望其研究应用前景。

The clam Meretrix meretrix is an economically important shellfish in China.With the development of artificial breeding,Meretrix meretrix suffers eruptive epidemic disease in coast of China frequently,which caused enormous economic loss.Based on reported literature,this paper concludes the research progress on the pathogen and typical symptom,epidemics,pathology,detective technology,prevention and treatment of main diseases with virus,bacteria and parasite,et al.,which could provide the reference for relevant scientific and research.
