碳酸氢钠溶液在预防鼻肠管堵塞中的效果观察

Effect Observation of Sodium Bicarbonate Solution in Preventing Nasal Intestinal Tube Obstruction

目的:探索留置鼻肠管进行肠内营养的病人发生鼻肠管堵塞预防办法。方法:对行肠内营养的病人进行冲洗鼻肠管发现有阻力时,试验组病人来用5%碳酸氢钠溶液10 mL进行脉冲式冲管,闭管30 min;对照组病人采用生理盐水20 mL进行脉冲式冲管,闭管30 min,观察两组的效果结果:试验组鼻肠管通畅的病人多于对照组,两组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5%碳酸氢钠溶液10 mL脉冲式冲洗鼻肠管后闭管30 min是解除鼻肠管堵塞的有效方法。

Objective： To effectively prevent nasal intestinal tube obstruction occurring in indwelling nasal intesti- nal tube for patients accepting enteral nutrition. Method ： In experimental group, in the case of resistance, pulsed type with 5% sodium bicarbonate solution 10 mL was applied to flush nasal intestinal tube, then closed tube for 30 minutes ; The control group was treated by pulsed type with physiological saline 20 mL, then closed tube for 30 minutes. Result： The cases of nasalt tube to be unobstructed in experimental group were more than those in control group with X2 test. There was statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： 5% sodium bicarbonate solution 10 mL in pulsed type is a- dopted to flush nasal intestinal tube, then closed tube for 30 minutes, which proves to be an effective method to solve enteral obstruction.
