释“播掿”——兼谈“落”字族叠韵联绵词的孳乳

Interpretation of the Word "Bo Nuo"(播掿)——Discussion of the Breeding of the Assonant Binding Words in the Word family of "Luo"

"播掿"一词仅见于《乐府诗集》,前贤对其有不同的解释。"播掿"应为"薄落"的音变体,其衍生方式经历了这样的过程:由单音词"落"衍音产生叠韵联绵词"薄落",再由"薄落"音转为"播掿"。"播掿"义犹"落魄",状处境衰落失意之貌,属于"落"字族叠韵联绵词。

The word ＂Bo Nuo＂ （播掿） is found only in ＂Yue Fu Shi Ji ＂ （《乐府诗集》）, for which scholars have different interpretations. ＂Bo Nuo＂ should be the tone variant of ＂Bo Luo＂ （薄落）, and its derivatives are generated through the following process ：The monosyllabic word ＂luo＂ （落） produces the binding word ＂Bo Luo＂, then the word ＂Bo Luo＂ develops into ＂Bo Nuo＂ with the change of pronunciation. ＂Bo Nuo＂ have the same meaning as ＂Luo Po＂ （ 落魄）, which indicates decline and frustration, falling into the category of the assonant binding word family of ＂Luo＂.
