企业高层管理者社会责任取向影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 前人研究成果表明,个人及企业特征因素会对高层管理者社会责任取向产生影响。而根据我国企业的相关问卷调查数据进行分析,发现不同的特征因素对高层管理者社会责任取向产生的影响也不同:(1)高层管理者的年龄、所处企业的规模及地理位置均对其企业社会责任取向产生显著影响;(2)高层管理者的性别及受教育水平、所处企业的性质对其企业社会责任取向的影响却并不显著。 Previous studies show that top managers' social responsibility orientation are influenced by the personal characters and enterprise features. Whereas, the analysis of the relevant questionnaires about the enterprises in China demonstrates that the different characteristics affecting the orientation of top managers' social responsibility are as follows: (1) Manager's age, the scale and location of the enterprises play an significant role in the determination of top managers' social responsibility orientation. (2) Managers' gender, education level and the properties of the enterprise have no effect on their social responsibility orientation.
