摘要
目的:利用网球运动干预中学生身体素质,探讨网球运动对中学生体质健康的干预效果。方法:采用实验法对实验组学生进行网球运动干预15周后,对中学生身体素质的干预效果进行研究。结果:经过15周的网球运动干预,实验组学生所有身体素质指标在实验前后有显著差异(P<0.01),而实验组和对照组学生的立定跳远、握力、50m、800/1000m成绩提高差值具有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),实验组学生的身体素质各指标成绩优于对照组。结论:网球运动对促进中学生的上肢力量素质、爆发力素质、速度素质和耐力素质等方面有着积极的作用,干预影响效果突出,对学生的柔韧素质干预影响效果不够明显。
Objective: to study the intervention effect of tennis on middle school students’ physical health based on the fact that tennis has an effect on their physical fitness. Methods: testing the subjects after 15-week tennis intervention by experimentation to study the intervention effect on middle school students’ physical fitness. Results: The research shows that after 15-week tennis intervention there are significant differences in all the physical indicators of students in the experimental group before and after the experiment (P〈0.01), what is more, students' performance-improving difference values between the experimental group and control group are significantly different in long jump, grip strength, 50m as well as 800/1000m (P0.05 or P〈0.01) and all the physical fitness indicators of students in the experimental group are superior to those in the control group. Conclusion: Tennis has a positive and prominent intervention effect on upper body strength, explosive force, speed and endurance of middle school students, but its intervention effect on students' flexibility is not obvious enough.
