传统武术发展是一个动态活动的过程,是以人为活态载体的。因此加大对传统武术活态载体的后备人才研究,对促进传统武术的发展起着至关重要的作用。运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法研究影响广州市传统武术后备人才培养的因素,为广州市传统武术后备人才的培养提供客观的参考依据。

The development of traditional martial arts is dynamic process,it is based on lively person.Thus,increasing the research on traditional martial arts talent will play the vital role in promoting the development of traditional martial arts.This paper using the literature and date method, interviewmethod, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method to stuy the influence factor and provide objective reference for the traditional martial arts talents ′cultivation in city of Guangzhou.
