绩效考核在优质护理服务示范病区的应用效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨新型绩效分配方案对调动护理人员工作积极性、主观能动性和创造性的作用。方法:选择2011年5~12月对我院优质护理服务示范病区的护理人员(观察组)与非优质护理服务示范病区护理人员(对照组)为研究对象,观察组采用新型绩效分配方案,而对照组则继续原分配方案,比较两组患者的工作质量和满意度。结果:观察组高年资护理人员夜班量多于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组工作满意的人数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新型绩效分配方案可提高护理人员的工作积极性和工作满意度,值得推广。 Objective: To investigate new performance distribution solutions arouse the enthusiasm of nursing staff,subjectivity and creativity.Methods:We collected nursing staff in our high quality nursing service demonstration sick bay and nursing staff in other wards that did not provide high quality nursing services as the research object from May 2011 to December 2011,then nursing staff in our high quality nursing service demonstration sick bay were given new performance distribution solutions,but nursing staff in other wards that did not provide high quality care services were given the original scheme,then we compared quality of work and satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The night shift quantity of high qualification nurses in the observation group were more than the control group(P0.05),and the job satisfaction in the observation group were more than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:New performance scheme can improve nursing staffs activeness and job satisfaction,and it is worth expanding in more departments.
