摘要
目的:探讨IKAP模式护理干预在学龄期患儿腰椎穿刺术中的临床应用效果。方法:将128例需行腰椎穿刺术患儿随机分为试验组和对照组各64例。试验组应用IKAP模式护理干预,对照组采用传统健康教育模式进行护理干预。观察两组患儿的穿刺成功率、操作时间及心理情绪、不适症状发生情况。结果:试验组患儿腰椎穿刺成功率(100%)高于对照组(96.9%),但经比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);操作时间短于对照组,经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后头痛、腰痛、四肢麻木、失眠等不适症状发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IKAP模式护理干预可提高患儿的腰椎穿刺成功率,缩短操作时间,有效减轻焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,明显改善舒适度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of IKAP pattern nursing intervention in lumbar puncture school-aged children.Methods:128 children were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,64 cases in each group.IKAP pattern nursing intervention was applied in experimental group and traditional nursing intervention was used in control group.Observation was made on children about puncture success rate,time and change of emotion,comfort level.Results:The success rate of lumbar puncture of experimental group was higher than that of control group(100% vs 96.9%),while running time of experimental group was shorter than contrast group(P0.05).The two models of nursing intervention can rectify the mood of anxiety and depression of the children(P0.05),but after IKAP pattern nursing intervention,the scores of the patient′s psychological state of anxiety and depression remarkably dropped than those of control group(P0.05).The incidence of headache,lumbago,limbs numbness and poor sleep in test group cases after operation was much lower than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:IKAP pattern nursing intervention can effectively increase success rate and shorten running time of lumbar puncture,improve the mood and enhance postoperative comfort level of children,it was worth clinical application widely.
