紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌的护理

Nursing of paclitaxel liposome in combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

目的:探讨紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌的最佳护理方法,以最大限度的减少毒副作用,提高患者的舒适度和用药安全性。方法:对30例晚期食管癌患者使用紫杉醇脂质体135～175 mg/m2静脉滴注3 h,使用1 d;顺铂30 mg/m2,静脉滴注,使用1～4 d;21 d或28 d为1个周期。用药期间对患者进行心理护理、饮食护理、生活护理、用药护理,观察护理效果。结果:30例患者评价疗效满意,顺利完成治疗。毒性反应较小,主要是骨髓抑制、消化道毒性、神经毒性和脱发。结论:加强用药期间的护理和病情观察,严格执行化疗方案,可有效减少毒副反应,保障化疗的顺利完成。

Objective：To explore the best care of advanced esophageal cancer treated by paclitaxel liposomes in combination with cisplatin,minimize toxic side effects,improve the patient′s comfort and safety of medication.Methods：30 cases of advanced esophageal cancer patients using 135-175 mg/m2 dL intravenous infusion of paclitaxel liposome 3 hours on the first day,30 mg/m2 dL intravenous infusion of cisplatin from the first day to fourth day,21 or 28 days as a cycle.Do psychological care,dietary care,life care,medication care for patients and observe care effects during chemotherapy.Results：30 patients evaluate the efficacy satisfied,successfully completed with chemotherapy.Toxic reaction was mild,mainly include bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal toxicity,neurotoxicity,and alopecia.Conclusion：Strengthen the care and disease observation during chemotherapy,strictly enforce the the chemotherapy regimen,can effectively reduce the toxicity and protect the chemotherapy successful completion.
