摘要
目的:探讨人工肝血浆置换术治疗重型肝炎患者的护理措施。方法:将2010年4月～2011年5月我科收治的28例重型肝炎患者在常规药物治疗的基础上行人工肝血浆置换术。结果:治疗后临床症状及生化指标均有不同程度的改善。结论:术前准备及心理护理、术中病情观察和并发症处理、术后穿刺部位的护理及饮食管理是保证人工肝血浆置换术治疗成功的重要基础。
Objective：To investigate the care measures of plasma exchange treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods：From April 2010 to May 2011,28 patients with severe hepatitis did plasma exchange addition to routine medication.Results：After this treatment,the patients′ clinical symptoms and biochemical indicators have improved to varying degrees.Conclusion：The preparation and psychological care to patients before the operation,intra-operative observation and management of complications,the puncture site care and dietary management are to ensure that artificial liver plasmapheresis treatment of an important foundation for success.
