摘要 目的:了解聘任期县级医院护士长心理健康状况及应对方式,为医院管理者制订合理的聘任标准及护士长心理卫生保健措施提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应付方式问卷(CSQ),对某县级医院的40名护士长进行了心理健康状况及应付方式调查。结果:护士长总体心理健康状况差;且不同年龄、不同职称、不同工作年限差异有统计学意义;应付方式上61.45%的护士长应用"解决问题-求助"这一成熟型的应付方式,26.04%护士长应用"退避""自责""幻想"这种不成熟型的方式,且应付方式成熟型护士长的心理健康状况与不成熟型和混合型的护士长差异有统计学意义。结论:应付方式与心理健康有直接的关系,良好的应付方式有助于缓解应激,保持护士长心理健康。 Objective:To understand the appointment of county hospitals head nurse mental health condition and coping style,and provide the basis for hospital administrators to develop a reasonable standard of appointment and the mental health care measures of matrons.Methods:Symptoms rating scale(SCL-90),Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ),40 head nurse in a county hospital,mental health and coping style.Results:Mental health of matrons are overall poor than average.The differences of mental health of matrons of different ages,different titles,different work experience are also significant;to cope with the way 61.45% of the matron application"solving the problem-recourse "mature way,26.04% matron applies "retreat" "remorse" "fantasy"-a immature way,and to cope with the way mature matron of mental health and immature type and mixed type of matron differences are also significant.Conclusion:Coping styles and mental health is directly related,good coping styles help to them alleviate stress,thus maintain the mental health of the matrons effectively.
