摘要
目的:探讨人性化健康教育对住院结核病患者的干预效果。方法:将住院结核病患者212例随机分为观察组(105例)和对照组(107例),观察组采取因人、因病、因时、因需的人性化健康教育方法,对照组采取常规健康教育方法。比较两组患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率及对健康教育的满意度。结果:观察组患者对结核病知识知晓率及对健康教育的满意度均高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:人性化健康教育不仅可提高患者的知晓率与满意度,减少医患纠纷,且能提高患者对医护人员的依从性,主动配合治疗与管理,有助于早日康复,减少病菌传播。
Objective: To investigate the effects of the personal health education for tuberculosis patients in hospitals.Methods: Education and investigation designed specially were conducted among patients through knowledge about tuberculosis and personal health services.212 cases of hospitalized tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Personal health education was conducted in the observation group according to individual character,general health education was conducted in the control group.Results:The awareness of tuberculosis knowledge and satisfaction was higher than those in control group,all of which showed significant difference.Conclusion: Personal health education not only improved the patient′s awareness and satisfaction,reduces medical disputes,but also improved the patient′s adherence to medical staff,and takes the initiative to cooperate with the treatment and management contributing to speeding recovery and reducing the source of infection.
