中国共产党在马克思主义教育理论中国化的实践中创立了民办教育理论,经历了建党前后的民办教育理论与实践、中央苏区和陕甘宁边区的民办公助教育理论与实践、新中国成立后的民办教育理论与实践、新时期的民办教育理论与实践几个阶段,形成了党的民办教育理论与实践发展的经验与特点,促进了民办教育事业的发展。

In the practice course of the sinicization of Marxism education theory the Chinese Communist Party has founded civilian-education theory;experienced the civilian-run education theory and practice in such steps as before and after the building of the Party ; the public support--civilian-run in the Central Soviet Area ; after the foun- ding of New China and the new time. Thus the Party has formed its experience and the feature of the Party＇ s civil- Jan-run education theory and practical development, promoted the development of the education course.
